I have booked this hotel more than 10 times due to some unavoidable reasons and was near to hospital.
I have faced many issues while I was in this hotel.
Rooms were not clean and no hot water at all. The lights in the room were flickering and some were even off. The bathroom was dirty, and the jet spray was not broken. The commode was also uncleaned and unflushed.
The key provided was generic and no lock from inside. Anyone with spoon or similar object can open the door so i felt very unsecure. ...more
