Though it's a bit far ( 4-5km ) from bus stand , no issue if u hav own vehicle and if u don't then u can easily hire an auto till property. Very well maintained property, clean rooms , clean pool and a good n calming environment.
Nice pool to relax and a lake adjacent for boating and kayaking.
spacious rooms and clean bathrooms. Food was also very good , buffet breakfast was very good.

aashrayam is in a calm and serene place . individual cottages are there . it has in house restaurant that provides decent foods. private lake with free boating is there. you can row the boat with sunrise view . various birds including peacock is a sight to sore eye in the lake. swimming pool available. it's a centre place for a one night stay before proceeding to gokarna. just a hour away to murudeshwar/gokarna. definitely recommend to others

It has been exceptional stay at this property. It's very budget friendly and value for money property. Must stay at the location. It has lake view, boating, kayaking and swimming pool available. Owner and staff are really great and polite. Also food is tasty and options available are sufficient for stay. Location give you advantage to cover both location in 1 day (Gokarna and Murudeshwar) as well as if you want to visit Gokarna and Murudeshwar separate that will also possible. Owner also have ...more

Stay was good, hospitality is good, food is really good, friendly staff but in Bangalore a resort with so many activities or adventurs cost around 6k but this resort charges 5k but no activities other than kayaking. Definitely not value for money
