Bathroom is horrible, towels are as old as hotel...No room service..Complimentary breakfast is very bad. Food in roof garden is good...

very poorly maintained, very dirty rooms and the bathroom is so dirty that you can't imagine, also the room service person keeps asking for tips even before we are settled in the hotel

Lot of improvement since new owner has taken over.Hopefully should improve more.Room service is a issue which needs attention.Since the property is old it will take time for fixed assets to come up to hotel standards but much better than before.
