i booked this however as you can see In photo room has glass window which is opened and there is no way to close it.. the window is quite big. this is security concern, how one can feel safe here. I came here with mother only. we're two females only and in this type of room we cannot feel secure. I request you to take immediate action on this

Room is Clean, Location is very good. Staff and Service is very Poor and not aware for Guest that is very Pathetic. Request to Owner please see it Personally.
