Last time I visited abt few years back the hotel was cleaned properly, I thought I will have a better experience this time but unfortunately, I faced the same problem again, it was not cleaned properly and on second day they did not ask for room cleaning, bathroom had water blockage problem..for breakfast the dishes and chair were not cleaned properly..I need a partial refund..I paid higher amount for this stay.. bad experience.. not happy.. sorry but I had to give honest reviews..Rooms and dinning tables were not cleaned properly..

The location was good and was quite in the city. There was no restaurant for in house dining. Caretaker handled all services.

The services were managed by the hotel owner. Location was nice. The stay felt almost home-like since going out and returning back was as per my own convenience.

Value for money, very good location. Chivla beach, market is at walkable distance. staff is helpful, but don't go scuba diving and water sports activity recommended by hotel. Hotel is very good. At this budget no other hotel will provide stay and service.

Good hotel but check in at 12:00 and check out timing is 10:00 means we have pay only 22.00hr.rent not 24:00hr.which is wrong practice by hotel owner.

Overall stay was good. Location wise this homestay is very close to rock garden n chivala beach. Hotel Staff is very helpful. Free wifi is available only at receiption area.
