Requested for Ice bucket which took 3 hours to get it delivered which was quite unexpected. Food is Average. Staffs are polite. This is my Third stay at Hotel Acacia booked for 2 nights this time, however no one had turn up for room cleaning, basic amenities was not provided inspite being informed.

heavy disturbances from the next door due to joint rooms, especially during midnight to 2am in the morning since there's no sound proofing system which was a major inconvenience for guest like me with proper rest a major concern. besides, there was just one towel for a room for 2 adults, no bathroom slipper, no cable. But atleast the room was clean.

I stayed here only for a night on my way to Kohima... clean hotel.. very good staff... Specilaly I would like to highlight support I have received for keeping one of my bag for 3-4 days when I was on tour of Nagaland and Manipur. Atolu from the front desk team helped a lot initially and even on day when I arrived back to collect my bag. Even I had food at hotel and it was tasty.
