I booked premium deluxe room but they given me twin bed.they joined the bed I can't feel comfortable it will feel discomfort and air conditioners is can't get cooling I check in afternoon 1.00 pm that time switch on the air conditioner it will in 17°C it won't get cooling till check out..I check out in 5.40 I am not satisfied in this room booking
they can't give me queen size bed.they give me twin bed.that staff combined the bed I feel like uncomfortable

They not changing bedsheet and towel also
Ac automatically turn off in night and not working properly and also they not providing tooth kit and soap and very worst service don't go there

they were not provided bed for third person as I booked 3 person occupancy and they had charged extra 300 for bed

THE STAY WAS GOOD. BUT THEY NEED TO IMPROVE MORE. STAFF BEHAVIOR WAS NOT SO GOOD. THE CHECK OUT TIME IS BEFORE 10.AM THEY HAVE TO CHANGE IT TO ATLEAST 11AM THE HOTEL WAS NOT CLEAN. BEDSHEETS AND BATH TOWELS WERE NOT WASHED PROPERLY. BATHROOM WAS TOO SMALL.I WILL NOT SUGGEST THIS AS A PREMIUM ROOM.
