Towels are of very cheap quality
torn blanket.
no shower head.
loose power switch.
good room service but took 30 minutes to deliver coffee. (ordered at 6 am and received at 7:10 am)

This Hotel is good for Comfortable Stay, The hotel staff is friendly, Hotel location also nearby Bus Stop and Railway Station.

Avarage hotel to stay...! Have few concerna like they dont have Breakfast feclity at all room service is not available through the day

The toilet and room was filled with mosquitoes. Room service was not at all prompt nor was did it provide what we asked for. Room has only 1 small bedsheet for two people. AC was fixed on 17!

Value for money.. Perhaps one of the best hotel in Eluru for work trips. Friendly staff and clean rooms with basic amenities.
