there is no exact location map in Goibibo and cost is so expensive.we checked in around mid night 10:30 ,pm and checkout out in 11:30 AM

1. worst experience.
2. the room options shown for 2 adults + 2 kids (<12yrs) is not suitable or size enough for 4 at all.
3. culture-less and sub-standard staff.
4. finally opted for super deluxe and paid 1060/- extra. and no bill was given.
5. asked for four dental kits and they charged for that as well.
6. Google map location isn't real.

Hotel rooms were near and clean but the problem is we don't get hot water even the solar water heating system is installed and we stayed in this hotel for 3 days not a single day we got hot water we have been reminding the staff about the same thing and requesting them for getting hot water in buckets which even required to be reminded several times and they charge extra amount which are even included in the package we got and for a small bedsheet they have charged very huge amount which is not at all worth.Please think twice before staying in this hotel

Room No-3039,where I was staying ,it's toilet exhaust fan is defunct.Toilet floor is dirty, needs acid cleaning. Room is full of cockroaches ,needs it's control. Rest amenities are fine .
