1) very bad service
2) Zero hospitality etiquettes.
3) The owner himself, doesn't talk politely.
4) Ambient is so poor.
5) STAFF IS GREEDY FOR MONEY.
EVEN THEY CHARGE 20 RUPEES FOR A SINGLE EMPTY PLATE.

Hotel is too much congested..
its not near agra can't station, its almost 2 km away,
food was pathetic, it was too much spicy that even we couldn't finish 1 plate fried rice in 4 people..
Do not book car or auto from hotel for sightseeing, its completely scam..
they looted us..
we booked AC room, but hotel owner switched off LCB from reception and we tried lots off to switch on the AC but couldn't,
He was asking that do you really want to use AC, when we argue with him then he asked helper to ...more

Hotel is very clean, staff and service are to much excellent. food is very tasty. it's have very prime location just near by Agra cantt rly station surrounded by 1 km. thanks to all and recommend to my all friends ❤️.
