Thank you for recommending Goyal Hoteliers near the Taj Mahal. The 24-hour hot water and parking facilities were convenient for budget travelers. The staff were accommodating, and safety measures were commendable. Appreciate the suggestion.

hotel has its ratings high through fake reviews. read through the reviews and you’ll realize it. pros:1. location is very convenient. it’s right on main road and local commute is possible. 2. for the best room, the size is good. cons 1. room images that these guys have put in they’ve only used their best room photos across all rooms. 2. there’s no ac control in rooms. all ac will be controlled centrally by the guy on reception. he’ll randomly switch off the ac and you’ll have to request for ...more

very pathetic experience, Air conditioning is centralized and controlled by reception only. All day and night Cooling is not there, after 4-5 complaints about Air conditioning at reception, then even the problem is not solved. The toilet flush is not working properly. Proper Toiletries are not provided. Amenities which are listed that are not provided. For basic Amenity you have to call reception. And intercom telephone was also not working. Food was good.Overall Experience is very very very bad. In such a tariff you can choose another option.
