Dear Goibibo Support Team and Hotel Mayank Residency Management,I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding my recent hotel booking for Hotel Mayank Residency. The experience was extremely disappointing unexpected hidden charges, and poor service quality. बहुत ही बेकार एक्सपीरिएंस। तीन रूम में से दो के AC खराब लेकिन स्टाफ मानने को तैयार नहीं। बोलते हैं कि ज्यादा टेंपरेचर होने के कारण ठंडा नही हो रहा है।
हद तो रात में हुई, रात २ बजे ac उनके control से बंद कर दिया। और पूछने पर बोलते हैं कि लाइट चली गई। जबकि आजू बाजू के सब होटल में लाइट थी हमारे रूम के fan और अन्य चीजें चालू थी।

Location and areaIt’s very convenient. Came here to stay for a couple of nights before connecting flight, good location close to airport! In the morning it’s only 10-15 mins drive.

1. 3hr early check in not given by hotel.when i was booked it is mansion in the booking2. tv was not working day 1.3. toilet was fowl smelling and flush not working.4. 1198 rs also to be paid at hotel as city charge which is not mansion during booking.5. breakfast was not good.6. so all over experience was so bad7. bad experience

no photos taken. the water was leaking from the wash basin.

average stay, hotel has charges 600/- extra in the name of city tax.. this is unacceptable
