I had booked for a room for 4 people paying the entire amount for the booking. The receptionist did not inform that he will not accept the local ID and took the registration form and asked us to sign for confirmation and then gave the keys. But then asked us to leave and denied to refund the booking amount. When asked for explanation he threatened to call the police on us. The rooms were also pathetic and the worst service that I have ever come across.

mosquitos, no foods if you want use Zomato, nearby nothing, no staffs no room service, only reception with no person, no soap shampoo, buy it from market for that walk 1 km from the hotel

Good hospitality by the staff. The complimentary breakfast was provided. But, for other times, there were many options available in zomato/swiggy. Cabs were also available within short notice.

Just one km away from Avinashi road and easy accessibility to airport, KMCH holspital and Broadway Cinemas. The complimentary breakfast provided was home style. Hence, it is a very good place for families looking for a budget friendly stay.
