1. clean rooms and hygiene toilets.
2. Insect and house flies are more in dining area, flies were irritating by sitting on food stuff. this has to be addressed.
3. over all stay was good and food was tasty.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was excellent, closs to all the city attractions, the food in the restaurant was good. The breakfast was ok...can be improved..some of the items served were good..the others weren't great. Can be improved.Overall stay was good. I would recommend it.

The Staff at the reception are really wierd they must be taught how to welcome guests when asked about the facilities in the hotel they have time for chit chat among colleagues and not answer guests queries and the room service was really pathetic they expect tips for every call this really is irritating.Being a big hotel is waste if you cannot give proper services to guests.
Family with kids is not a option this hotel is just looking big but pathetic in services at room and hotel as well

the property is awesome the room was hygienic the staff is hospitalable. overall a great hotel with reasonable tariff. food is bit costly but tasty
the swimming pool and other amenities were nice too

Not an exciting experience. The wifi wasn't getting connected despite multiple attempts. Hotel management informed about interruption of water supplies effective from 12am. Basic cleanliness could have been better.
