The rooms are tiny and they have limited supply of bedsheets and blanket. The location is inside a small street where taking the car and parking is tight. The breakfast is just one item and of their choice. You cannot have anything else even though you are paying a high charge for it. There is restriction on visitors who cannot go to your even for few minutes. No water is provided to the room. The food was so bad. There was no Alu in aloo paratha. Really poor service.

This is really good clean hotel specially gujrati , jain food and north india pure veg availeble , very convienient place no noise issue , for single person regionable rates as per metro city , 24 hours snacks tea availeble ,

Informed the front desk that the AC in my room wasn't working. They were aware of it even before the check-in, yet they allotted me that room. Though mine was a Double bed room, I was ready to move to a single room as I was staying alone. There were other rooms available at the time but he gave some reason that the electrician would come and fix it. I knew he was lying as it was 11:30 PM and no one was coming to fix it. I was too tired to argue with him and went to sleep as I had to get up early. The restaurant food was decent. I am thoroughly disappointed with the apathy of the front desk.

Hotel is clean but single room is very small size . Bathroom , room , lobby area , stairs , lift , bedding, towel each and everything is worth. Definitely next time again staying thereThanks

I have booked non AC room with out checking while booking but they charged me additional 1000 for AC since I have already paid I can't change the hotel
