They were telling me why you booked a room because I called them before booking.they couldn't afford that deal.and They didn't treat us well and were very rude.And then they said that your booking has been cancelled by our hotel.I said that I have made an booking and it is non-refundable, so how can I cancel it?Then after much discussion on this subject, a room was given to them.Later, at 6 am, after asking for hot water for bathing, they said that the pipeline was broken and after much arguing, ...more

Mrigen and his team was excellent in providing a very good environment during our stay. Immense effort into hospitality.
Food was excellent and served hot. Overall I was very satisfied with the team and their support. Also wanted to highlight that the place is very clean and well maintained. Good luck for the future and keep up the good work.

Hotel service was not at all satisfactory they did not provide whatever the goods we want. Room was decent but no drinking water in the room, no hot water facility. The hotel manager was not co-operative. Overall not a great experience.

It was a nice stay. everything was just perfect. Services are up to the mark. But only the parking facility has some problems there. They need to improve that.

The room which they gave us was not clean and on one of the wall color was not there. Leaving these two issues I had a comfortable stay.
