Girl at reception didn't know anything about hotel even she refused there is no parking but there was a proper hotel parking dont know why she was at reception

the rooms were clean and good...washrooms were also clean.. staff was polite but they asked me so many times about payment which was prepaid that it was irritating.. staff behaviour was good.. cafe was not open.. location was a bit far from main square but that's fine.. toiletries were not provided by hotel... overall it was a good but definitely not luxurious..

Booked via Goibibo and Upgraded my Standard room into the mountain view room at nominal price. The owner and staff were good and helpful. The balcony room wasn't available. They also provided scooty at market rate (a brand new scooty owned by hotel people only) and also taxi from hotel to bus stand on checkout at market standard rate. Hotel manager is very helpful ....He arranged everything ilke sightseeing, paragliding and what not....he is sooo helpful I Highly recommend this hotel

Not a great stay it was just okay. Room was neat & clean but the washroom was not up to the mark there was some plumbing issues & geyser was not working. In terms of facility not a good hotel & location was proper.Overall not enjoyed my stay.
