well, i have liked this hotel veey much in Nanded, the kind of infra, food & aesthetic is at par thinking about the nanded location, but my recent stay was not easy, & good day, as there was new receptionist & she was not aware that i am her existing regular account, & there was no relief, then i have booked online it was very good offer from ibibo but reaching at hotel they charged me with early charges since i have told them I'll reach early but I reached late due to my train. so the old receptionist guy didn't give me relief, offer & was not in the sync to book further in akruti

Had a very bad experience with this hotel. We booked total 3 rooms in this hotel for my family. In all the rooms the health faucet was not working properly. They had to sent the house keeping staff to get it replaced, but even after replacement the problem was there and the water pressure was very low. They lack to provide the most basic stuff that every guest expects. Also they charged for the extra water bottle on the day of checkout. I have seen this nowhere else. The stay was amazing. rooms and washrooms were very good. staff was also amazing. but the food was the best part. the food was extremely nice. it is situated beside a gurudwara and it is around 5 mins away from sachkhand gurudwara in an auto and the drivers agree on 80₹ per side after bargaining. the only problem was, they dont allow early check in and majority trains to nanded drop around 8. they charge a half a days's price for 2 hours of early check in there was no disturbance for us as a group of friends. we enjoyed a lot. the staff was extremely friendly

It was good stay at akruti. Hotel was clean and breakfast was also good. It is little away from the city but you can get autos from hotel gate itself.
