Totally bad experience first the location given is false that to by some 10 km and they didn't know what room to give us then the room was dirty and they had to clean it first even after we came later than the check-in time after telling them to top it all off totally unfriendly staff would never recommend.
Everything especially the lack of professionalism

the guest house phone no is not working or it is closed which updated in app and the location of guest house is not that which provides by app I not got that hotel at the time and I'll try to search for almost 2 .30 hr but not got that location which given by apps map. I'll contact to customer service they had also call and told me that the hotel number is not working so I'll quit the booking because on provided number is not working and the given location is not correct their is no such of hotel where the app give map location so I didn't find it very bad experience with me.

Hotel is at 800m from Golden temple. (almost walkable), locality is good and
fresh air is available outside.
Hot water is available in morning from 4:30 to 6 in the morning. Nice hospitality from guards.
negatives:
Google location * doesn't point to correct place.
No one responds to phone numbers given *. After long and tedious search, I was able to get the number from a localite.
Even if the booking is for 3 guests*, small rooms were given and over that they charge extra for giving another bed. Room was not ready until 1 hour after the check-in time.
