The rooms are very suitable for families with children. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was very tasty. All the staff working there were very friendly. Overall, I really liked it.

i had booked suite room but it was somewhat smaller and there was no continuous hot water i.e only solar i preferred geyser to be there and the lights were too dim and it was going with my work i didn't feel it as suite room apart from these food was good staff responded well

This hotel became old and it requires lot of maintenance. The service quality is poor. The restaurants needs to be revised with menu items. Breakfast buffet is very limited and other competent hotels are providing a very good spread. The bed liners were not clean . Toiletries were not kept in the room. The closet flush was broken and lot of water leakage. The shower was broken and water was not coming out evenly. The towels kept in the room was tore. Overall, this hotel require a very serious maintenance.

good experience good food and staff members were helpful. Bathrooms very small rooms size is good. a busy hotel with office going guest that stay there for conference or meetings. location is great. Overall good exp It was A good expierencewith family staff was accommodating.
