I reached in hotel around 10 pm hotel receptionist told us to cancel the booking as hotel getting 1500 to 1600 hundred in the booking. But when we refuesed to cancel after argument of 15min hotel allowed. mattress and blankets are not cleaned. Although we booked room with breakfast they refused to provide breakfast.

The washroom is dirty nd sticky
Even the toilet cover is sticky
Wifi is dead slow
Lift is not working ( my room is in 3rd floor)
Reception doesn't respond properly to the issues
No proper dustbins outside the room ( they were filled for days i guess)
No drinking water facility

rooms are neat and clean, blanket and sheets are also clean,tv is working fine,i didn't use wifi used mobile data don't knew about wifi as password was not mentioned in room so wifi may not be available, bathroom is bit old no shower only taps to fill in bucket and bath,hot water supply 24*7.washroom is not super neat as it kinda old few strains left over here and there,in room also few marks are leftover but it can be ignored,for this cost is not value for money but good can try u may not regret, restaurant is not available as it was mentioned,but food will be arranged in alternate ways.

hotel neetness verygood service good but breakfast maintain cheep behavior he asked me by teliphonik only itemsoptions tell and decided only one plate ( idli wada poori dose & bonds ) out of that select one item hou much break fast charge you know is it correct

I would want to rate anything less than 1 star worst rooms, stinky, worst service they are not even bothered to attend customer needs.
