it's not worth hygiene is not maintained and too much rent for this location.why not bill as per hours of accommodation rather simply charging for entire day whereas our stay was four hours only

the rooms are overpriced. outdated A/C, no proper remote to control the unit. The beds are outdated. The sheets on the bed were not clean. I seriously don't think they'll change them after the guest checks out the room. for the money you pay there can definitely be better quality and rooms available.

cleanliness of room and linen is upto the mark. tea service available in the room. linen needs to replaced for sure, as it's old and itchy though clean. there is no internet connectivity/ wi fi in room. TV has not much to offer

Excellent hotel and also comfortable stay and also it is just 800m(metres) away from main temple shri kukke subrahmanya and also they are having own dedicated basement car parking parking space and also they are providing free special dormetries and rest rooms for drivers also and also having dedicated restaturant also and also rooms are very neat and excellent and they are having rooms of 3 people, to 5 people in 1 room and also super twin rooms also available. Clean Room and super clean bathroom was handed over for our 2 days stay. Though the linens , bed and towels were old , torn and shabby.bed has bed bugs. hotel is located at a walkable distance to temple.
Service is not good. We asked the staffs to get our room cleaned on the day 2 again and again but they did not bother.
