Property is good, but hotel maintenance is so poor. We have to keep asking for services. There were insects coming into the room.Property is good, but the hotel maintenance is so poor. It's a real hassle having to constantly request services. There were insects coming into the rooms, which was quite unpleasant. It seems like things are always breaking down or not working properly. Hopefully, they'll improve the upkeep soon.

We recently stayed at Ala Beach Resort with family, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and attentive, making us feel instantly welcomed. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the stay.

1. there is no ground water in the pool, in room also. everywhere it's salt water.
2. there was continuous quarrel from 12am till morning last night, causing disturbance to the guests.
3. overall the worst staying experience in the resort.

location was good, pool was well maintained but the dinning experience was horrible.. breakfast was short of quantity and takes forever to deliver the order.. no lift and so not wheelchair friendly.. wouldn't definitely go there again

it is a very cosy family friendly property.
very private.
cute and comfortable.
we had a quiet and pleasant stay.
kids friendly too.
and best part was it was a 2 mins walking distance from the beach.
only drawback was insects and flies were really irritating a lot in the rooms too.
could have been taken proper care of using good quality insect repellents and machineries.

resort was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. breakfast was amazing. we have dinner too in that place but food was not authentic. we missed the andhra flavour. rest all was great
