Rooms were dirty. Not upto the standards of the charge I paid. Considering the property, basic amenities were missing.

It is the first time in my life that I am writing a bad review.I always like to give people the benefit of doubt.When we booked this resort my 11-year-old daughter told me it has very bad reviews but O decided to give it the benefit of doubt.we booked three private villas.so when my parents and uncle and aunt reached ahead of us on 17 Oct we were told there was no booking any confirmation. when we asked them to confirm they blatantly denied it. all this when the booking was made two days prior. ...more

We had horrible experience. Staff was literally shameless. First, they gave us unhygienic room. cockroaches were roaming around. No bathroom kits. No minibar. No other channel on Tata sky except DD1. I myself recharged tata sky for 100 rupees still no channel started I don't know for how many months their bill was pending to be paid. The receptionist told that she has recharged this tata sky with 100 rupees so they are such liars. At night they cut off our electricity. We called one staff at his ...more

The property is very good landscapic and room sizes but very very pathetic service, hygeine and safetyAfter checking into the Villa at night, there were no amnities in room and even the hot water was nit avail le in washroom. Upon request we were assured that boiler will be started and other aminities like drinking water, soap, kits would be provided. they don't care about you as a customer. if you ask them for clean rooms many times then may clean if they want. No response from reception even if call them 5-6times. No power backup...so most of the time AC don't work Food plates are not cleaned . There is no networks available in villas . Even fan is not working bcz they have no power backup ...worst experience ever ....we r sitting outside the room for whole night bcz lights off

The location of the property is outside from the city and is isolated but the property is on the main road. During my stay there was one private function was going on in the property hence they could not serve food.
