Overall our stay was good. Superior Rooms are the best. Food was great especially the Buffet spread. Ganga Aarti program was blissful. Views are amazing for photography.There were hardly any activities in Club Room which could be improved for better engagement with guests. Sanitary equipment in washrooms requires major upgrade. Front desk staff should have better know-how about the travel routes to guide the guests better.Baby Cot was provided complimentary for 1 year old child. Baby Food was served complimentary for the small kids.

DONt BOOK This hotel Firstly i didnt get to stay in this property cause i suffered through a medical emergency and i submitted all my medical documents It was my bday first they failed to provide me with any kind of refund or even a voucher fir future use And my freinds had send a bday cake they failed to even inform me about that So kindly DONT BOOK HOTELS WHICH FAIL TO HELP YOU IN A MEDICAL EMERGENCY

Beautiful place for family.. on the bank of Ganga ji.. Lot of inhouse activities..and facilities for river rafting.. food is good.. Just ask for better view room or room with balcony or river side room..

1 food in dinner is pathetic Rotis not cooked well when complaint again served similar food 2 Requested to clean room when left for Rafting at 11 am at reception and handed over my keys Also mentioned in my room by putting keys on for cleaning But nothing was done till2:30 when i cam back after rafting Very casual behaviour by staff this was not the case earlier when i stayed in the same property
