Including Breakfast but not Give and Not Working proper T V Remote and I am not satisfied for Hotel I cant ask to stay in this hotel Because Not available in Restaurant so don't satisfied

TV is not working. Staff person replied that we don't have tv facilities in our hotel. How it is possible?

Very poor quality not good for staying and service is also not good
