Good Food with many options. Neat & clean rooms. Nice maintained Resort. Staff is good and helpful. They also arrange morning walk tour free of cost. Nice family resort. There are slides for kids. Maintained garden and sit out area.

Serene and Beautifully located resort in the midst of nature.. But rooms need to be maintained on a priority basis. Rooms lack a superior experience that we as a customer deserve. Management and Staff is courteous and polite.. but are short handed by ill maintained rooms. I have already shared my feedback with the staff. I am rajesh jain booked hotel alps Dalhousie for 3 night from 31 May 25 to 3 June 2025 for 5 adult with 2 children. Hotel is 4 star grade from your side.Sorry to say that according to me it is not a 4th star hotel. The rooms are not good.Further, according to hotel staff one room can accommodate only one extra bed. However, the rooms can’t accommodate even one extra bed and I have paid for two extra beds in one room.I am not satisfied with your service room. Video attached

staff’s helpfulness and willingness to accommodate customers needs shows their focus on guest satisfaction . as they given early check-in and complimentary room upgrade, based on availability. positive dining experiences as we have booked complementary breakfast and dinner for the stay . well-maintained garden, a pleasant and aesthetically pleasing environment. this contributes to a relaxing and enjoyable stay. “stella wood fired pizza” is a must try here.
