Extremely disappointed.... charged me INR for this pathetic Hotel! The room had A/C but they didn't start it. Room was suffocating as windows were covered wz spider webs. Bathroom was pathetic wz dirty stains & WC stinking. Requested reception many times to wash wz acid but wz great difficulty they washed wz a 'jhaadu' as did not help much. When we 're going out, for namesake called the cleaner. There was no warm water in tap or geyser wz no shower outlet. I asked for a extra mattress but wz man ...more
