They gave me the big room (best room as per them). Ac stopped working on the second day by mid night. Service guy came and told it will take time to resolve the issue in the middle of night, and that didn't happen.
Also, i could hear rats movements in the walls of the room during night. So overall was not able to sleep properly And geyser was also not properly working. Overall pathetic experience and I wont recommend this hotel to anyone.

in a room booked for two people ,they provide only one water bottle rest charge with rs 39 +5%total food bill charged 5 % n when asked for bill they provide signed slips only with no gst on food bills.

No parking available, only have parking for one or two cars, they are almost charging including taxes but not even providing water bottle in the room and after that charging double for that water bottle. It is better to spend more and have 4star hotels. not recommended at all.

The hotel location is great. everything is within 30 mins. The rooms are spacious and the food in the restaurant is also good.

it's well located, not far from the airport and cl9se to the metro and city. staff are cooperative and assist well.
Breakfast is a sufficient business type.
premises ate good but bathroom although clean and nice, fitting are worn out.
overall a good stay.
no nonsense rooms, quiet and convenient

The AC was leaking water which could not be properly attended by staff. They couldn't shift us to any other room also.

Food was average and we did not get the food that we wanted from the menu. And its not a child friendly room. Frequent power cut.
