very narrow streets, reachable on foots and 2 wheels only.
building is seems to be under construction in ground.
above floors are constructed but room size is some what small.

A really nice budget Homestay in Rishikesh, with total 16 rooms located in a peaceful environment & residential neighborhood of Tapovan including 4 rooms with private balconies allotted for long-stay WF Hills guests. Need to put on record the humble Hospitality of Dev Raturi, the owner who takes care of the property also. Will definitely recommend stay at this property to budget travelers visiting Rishikesh.

Pros:
Excellent facilities like 24 hours hot water, backup power, UV purified water, hospitality,
The host is very sweet and helpful.
Room and washroom are clean.
View of mountains from your rooms.
Walking distance from tapovan main road
Cons:
Pillows and towels are not clean.
That's the only issue.. Or else the hotel deserves 5 stars.
