I want to say that hotel aman palace was a very terrible and horrific experience for me and my family. With a very very very rude manager always ready for fighting with uncooperative staff we were welcomed at hotel aman palace. there was no table or even chair. The room was very unhygienic with very uncomfortable bed, pillows and linen. There was no hanger and basic necessities in the room for keeping clothes and other things. My experience staying in this hotel is very bad. Ac is not working. TV is not working properly. Bathroom is very worst condition. Hot water is not available in bathroom. There is no hanger or special place to put clothes in bathroom at the time of bathing. Bad smell coming from bathroom. Only single soap provide by this hotel for 03 person.
