Clean and hygienic room Friendly staff behaviour location near to Mahakaleshwar Temple hot and cold water They kept my luggage safely after I checked out from the hotel as my return journey was in afternoon They didn't charged extra for keeping luggage

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Manager and staff were too rude. My mother 60 years of age with knee problem requested for a room on ground floor and managers response was "jo hai ye hi hai, rehena nahi hai to kahin or dekh lo. Condition of room was dire. On top of that staff didnt allowed to eat in room .

Very cosy rooms. The hotel is near to Mahakaleshwar temple at walking distance. Staff behaviour was also very good.
