welcome was very bad.. as per the conversation with the hotel staff prior to visit they promised we will be given 4 rooms in same cottage but they didn't.. swimming pool was dry.staff was very bad.food was pathetic

Basic amenities are not there.
No intercom or phone to conTACT hotel.
Food not served inside room
TV is there but no internet or cable connection
For anything you need to go physically to manager room.
Geyser is common so it will run only when all rooms required it , other wise they will give you by hot water buckets from outside.
No welcome kit provided.
