Pathetic .Waiste of money . Old rooms ,smelling bathroom ,no hot water , toilets unlean & water leakage ,old bed sheets , stinking towels .

Cheated on the name of premium room. The bed sheet was stained or very dirty. Or we asked the staff to make changes but they did not agree. Or the way of talking to the staff was also very wrong. I have stayed in this hotel 4-5 times. But now I will never stay

I wish there is zero star rating, worst room I have ever seen. washroom, yellow stain on the seat, seepage all over. they use towel which is 5year old(year mention on the towel 2018-19) and smoke smell all over the bedsheet, switchboard on head of bed, it hurt my wife twice, AC making sound, dirt all over the room. my 5year old kid refused to use the bathroom. and when u visit hotel they will show you a rate card which shows the rate of a 5 star hotel. NOT WORTH MORE THAN 800/- LOW CLASS HOTEL. BUDGET HOTELS ARE FAR FAR BETTER THAN THIS

Decent hotel. no complaints. Everytime I visit Kanpur, I Prefer this hotel. Rly station is 1.5 km. good breakfast, decent service.
