AC is not working and I changed room thrice There is no Fan in room and was sweating at night like hell. They have no option for it and they said this is what it is Patetic Pathetic Pathetic

The stay was good but the only complaint is with their wifi, which was not working there. I complaint multiple times still they were unable to resolve the issue.

Very pathetic hotel. Highly non professional staff. We required room for 4 hrs and we have paid full day charge as per policy and informed hotel in advance that we will reach at 0630am in morning. After checking My room changed 3 times due to AC and water leakage issue. No senior person was there to help and resolved the issue. Till 9 am we were struggling with room. First spacious room, but very limited lights available. need more light bulbs in room. Near to Gandhidham Railway station. approx 1.5km. Suitable for all. Food is good, breakfast is ok.Their room service is very late. it took them 80min to get my order. Price is slightly, overpriced. if u can get a deal under 3k then👍. Spa facilities available in the hotel. If u r not form Gujarat. u can get liquor permit in the hotel.

hotel staff is very co-operative and pays attention to every need of the customer. food quantity is good but they can improve on the quality of the food. no internet/wifi was provided.
