I have not given room till 9 pm.Gave temporary non AC room at 8 pm by saying will shift at 9 pm To AC room.I am not happy with this Hotel and Staff.In Morning they refused to give room by 11 am as I did it.I need refund if they do not provide me AC room.

there was no room provided to us.When we approached to reception they refuse to hear us and they were not accepting the confirmation note which we had with us. I called Mr. who's number was provided by you. He did not picked the even after repeatably call him. Subsequently I called the number gentlemen who picked up the call too refused to hear us In fact I had called to compliant about the not providing the room and I received the unsatisfactory reply. The interiors are very old. Cup boarding handle is missing and I could not use. Pillows are very small and hard. No supply of hot water. The fittings in the bathroom are very old and dirty.

Pathetic is the only word I can say. No intercom, No Room service. Very old room, hygenic at its lowest. Not at all recommended to stay here with family.
