    Stayed at Hotel Ambika. Location is good and rooms are average. But the lady receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. She didn’t pick up the call when we tried to reach the hotel, and even at the desk, she behaved in a disrespectful way. Basic courtesy and customer service were missing. Management should seriously look into staff training.

    The hotel is not worth for money. Almost 2000 rupees charged per night. No Kettle provided in the room No hot water available in the bath room. Only one towel provided for two occupants. second towel was provided on request. only one small medimix soap was provided in the bathroom. no shampoo, body lotion etc provided.

    The hotel needs to be ready when they know a guest is checking in. We had to wait after arriving to check in. For tea and light snacks it is preferred to consume the same at Byndoor railway station since the hotel in house sometimes may or may not serve the same. Overall, the location is good and staff is responsive to an extent but they need to pay attention to things as mentioned above. Hence I found this to be average

    One of the worst hotel I ever stayed. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. This room don't have noise proof. If someone farts in hotel corridor you can listen from your bed room. And there is a railway track nearby to this hotel. Train honks will not let you sleep. These rooms were provided with bathroom hanger. Where the hell we have to keep our clothes? After checking with them for almost 3-4 times they installed the hangers in bathroom that too around 10.15pm. Except soap they didn't ...more
