Overall it was a great experience with this hotel and I'll definitely recommend this hotel, location, hospitality, quality and taste of food is good, but we thing which I feel this I booked deluxe room and the prices of room is very high and the size of room, washroom and size of bed also small.

my experience was not that good , due to cleanliness issue at the hotel . second day found two insects in the room after it got cleaned . the rooms were very small only solace was the location of the hotel

rooms are congested . bathroom is very small . no mobile network . no wifi . staff is uncoperative and arrogant . no room service . only positive thing is location. it is centrally located on mall road

Service was worst.. It was not that lagged to response in one of our requests but delayed in every call be it a call for bowls for food, mop for floor, tea, etc etc. There are no activities for family in the resort where you can spend some time. Location and food quality is very good. Room comfort is good but not best for the rate they charge. Service worst for the hotel type, no in house activity not even a small kids zone.

awesome & cooperative staff especially the front desk. amazing location. one must watch sunset from the hotel lobby. nice & clean rooms. the housekeeping staff is very quick. breakfast is good.

Hotel is located centrally in McLeodganj, 5-10 min walking distance to Mall road. The service was amazing and staff was welcoming.

View from location is good However i found hotel average it should be value for money within range of INR 2k to INR 3.5k/night, for following reasons: this property is at very congested location if you are driving by your own car you should be confident enough to drive in zigzag sharp turns on hills, unfortunately this hotel doesn't have central AC which could given premium feeling we had to change our room due to water leakage from AC at both rooms.
