stay was good. pros are, good location. good food.good service from staff. cons, rooms have stinking cigar smell. hot water is delayed. many bachelors stay and drink the hotel causing disturbance to family

Spacious Room without proper maintenance of fixtures, Cupboard, electrical switches, fittings AC. Full of cobweb in the back side of the Glass window. The wash room is like a public toilet as the floor is very sticky as well as taps handles.sludges in the corners of the wash room floor. very poor lighting. all these Given the feeling of non freshness after using it. No kettle for making hot water & the towel given was very hard to use it. Compliment breakfast is just kept for the sake. better t ...more

I am a regular customer of this hotel but I am not comfortable with their co-operation and their facilities. sound was noisy while watching TV, poor wifi in room, shower not working, worst experience with reception person. I was mostly displeased since it was so obvious no consideration for accomodation
