one of the worst hotel in trichy, first while booking the hotel they mentioned 24 hrs check out time because i checked-in evening 7 clo only but they were not accepted they told me check out time was 12 pm after a big argument they asked 800 for that extra hours. after i entered the room there was a big surprise waiting for us, the full bad smell opened the window and somewhere we managed that and they provided me with a towel it's not a towel it's a floor mat, i have attached pictures of their ...more

The hotel is good, with clean washrooms and suitable for budget stays, especially for solo travelers. It offers good value for money. However, the service is extremely poor, which is why I gave it 2 stars. There are no toiletries or bedsheets provided. When I requested them from the receptionist, he was very rude and used inappropriate language.Worse, he even misbehaved with both customers and his own staff.
