It was a pleasant stay at this hotel. I booked 2 rooms at this hotel.The rooms were neat and clean and the food was also very tasty on this budget. The staff is also very polite. The hotel is near 5 mins walking distance from bagsu temple. Free Parking facility is also available. there is also an elevator near the reception. but you have to climb some stairs before reaching the reception which are easy to climb. so old people who can't climb stairs, think before booking this hotel. otherwise this is very nice hotel at this price.

No telephone intercom service was available in the room, bathroom's door was not locking inside, tv channels are not working, no tea and coffee service was available in the dinner time. no extra baby bed was provided. I am not satisfied with room and interior .

we had booked 2 rooms, one for 2 bed and other for 3 bed. they provided us with 2 rooms having 2 bed each. we were 5 guests and they provide us bed for only 4. the offline price booking was per night for each room, whereas we paid more than rs. 4000/- per night per room.there was no electric cattle, no shampoo, no shaving kit. gyser was installed in each bathroom.

We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait so they allowed us to check in early at 10:30 am. It was a big plus. Comfortable stay. Staff is good. Outside view was nice. More cleanliness is required.
