the rooms were extremely small and not properly cleaned. there was no mineral water provided in the room, and the bedsheets were dirty. after repeatedly requesting, the staff finally changed the bedsheets. however, the blanket was also unclean, with hair all over it. overall, the room’s condition was very unhygienic.
