It's been a poor service and experience from the property. I booked a room for two days and the room was in a shabby condition. The blankets as attached were not cleaned. The regulator of the fan was not working. The taps were not maintained. AC remote was not available and working properly. The stay was extremely pathetic.

amenities at hotel is almost negligible. bathroom was not clean no water bottles provided at the time of arrival, even dustbins were not present in the room. it seems bedsheets & pillow were not cleaned for a long time. food quality was avg. For everything we need to call reception even for water.
I won't recommend this hotel for family stay.

one of the worst experience after paying . price is equal to 5 star hotels like Hyatt, Leela, and so on......but the service and standard of rooms are pethatic....may be gets extra share to promote this kind of hotels...
