Balcony not cleaned even after complaint they didn't clean I ordered ice cube i m waiting but after 40 mint they said out of stock ... service staff not experienced.. only food is good ..

this property is 20 kms before Manali which is of no use to you. The quality of food in this hotel is very bad. This hotel is not clean at all. The service of this hotel is very bad. The food is very bad and I recommend that no one should ever go there.

The property is newly built and is very clean. The room with balcony is spacious and has a good view. The staff and their service is excellent. Vikas, Manisha, Netra and all other staff members are very polite and super helpful.
