There is a lack of service staff during our stay. WIFI was not working through out the day, it got resolved next day morning. TV was not working till our checkout. Housekeeping in our room was not possible after 4pm due to lack of staff. Breakfast has limited options and the menu (90%) was repeated again next day morning. Water shortage in the toilet was another issue.

It's Not a 4 star Accommodation. The property is totally damaged condition. Very Poor service and unhygienic room and no any garden attached with Room. Totally Waste of money to book this room.🤮🤧😪

This is my worst trip non cooperative staff. not even provided basic things like towels, .The washroom is also damaged. door opening key is also not working. very bad experience ..high price low service. misbehaving staff

Worst ever experience in any Hotel, No hygiene, No cleanliness, No Dusting, No water supply in washroom entire night, No proper Lights in room, wall dampness etc. In fact 1 star is also more than what they deserve. Each n Every Guest were feeling humiliated by the worst ever service. Will not stay there again or will not recommend it to anyone.
