Beautiful location and clean rooms, but extremely poor hospitality. Staff were rigid, unhelpful, and rude. Basic requests were denied. Please find the detailed review in attached screenshot.

quiet location surrounded by beautiful landscape. spacious, neat and clean rooms, attentive staff and cherry on the cake - super tasty food.

1.welcome drink is not given through it is mentioned.2.bonfire is not given.3.hard to connect with receptionist for any service due to unavailability of landline.4.wifi service is not in working condition.5.bathroom light fitting and taps are so old condition which should be clean well as we are paying high money.6. continuous power cut and no extra battery backup.7.no welcome kit given eg.tooth brush and paste.8.towels also hard and olds.9.coffee mugs and glasses are not washed properly. very dusty and sticky.

Never book if want to stay in this hotel at wai. Inspite of paying full amount.The hotel people has asked for different actual their Rates of Stay booking.

Me and my wife booked this place as we went on a bike ride trip from Mumbai to Mahabaleshwar between 27 - 29 Dec and I would not recommend this place for couple travellers at all.The reasons for my rating is as below:1. The food is very expensive lunch buffet 480 per person and dinner 500 per person that too with only 1 non veg item and for a couple spending a thousand bucks that too at a holiday home for food is a lot.2. Awsome hotel in the arms of nature. Staff was very cooperative. Beautiful surroundings all rooms were well maintained with artistic furniture.
