it was great experience...location is very good center of rishikesh and best staff. the Mr. Ritvik (hotel manager) is most genuine person and very very helpful. you can ask for any help rented bike,spa and location, food,river rafting anything he will arrange with best possible rates.

worst hotel of my life....say no to service attitude by entire hotel staff....u ask anything in breakfast...they will say no.....u ask anything for other service...they will say no....request everyone to say no to this hotel also....worst experience

hotel rooms was spacious n clean near to main road and they have ample parking space, staff was very helpful but only disappointment was they are not running their kitchen , breakfast was same on all three days. so kindly don't include breakfast or dinner.

Didnt had a best experience I would say.The staff was missing most of the time landline was faulty so no call button was there bathroom fixtures were all messed up, single task required multiple calls and there were cockroaches in the room wandering everwhere... Not a good experience.

i had very horrible expereince with the hotel haven..i had paid 4500 per night for the hotel but without informinh me the hotel msnager had shifted me to the another property of them near by said that they are same but that was not at all worth 4500 that was one * hotel and brkfst was also 3rd class..they have fooled us..

My experience was amazing with this hotel. It is super clean room with washroom attached. Location perfect. Nearby to all sightseeing places as well. I stayed 2nd time in this hotel. Will recommend everyone. Just go ahead. Service is too good. Food i ordered was amazing Safety is the main concern. I found it very cozy and safe.

Very nice hotel. The quality of food is okk but rooms are neet and clean . Nice place peaceful and most enjoyable enviroment but please book advance before you go

the toilets are not very clean..but it could have been because of the fact that the hotel was almost empty and was under cleaning process on evry floor..but yes the staff needs to be better trained for cleanliness in rooms..otherewise the owner and the receptionists are all helpful ppl..decent stay at a central location in tapovan but proceed with caution as maintainence is a thing that they need to work on..
