I visited with my family for four nights for a brief check up session in Apollo Hospital, Chennai. Though I paid & booked for a suite room, as my spouse did not like the shabby looking allotted room in second floor, I had to settle for a standard three bedded room (102) in the first floor. Though I was expecting some refund or other compensation, nothing was offered against the room down gradation.

The hotel location is very nice, if u r coming for Appollo Children/women hospital. They don't provide water with room Cleaning, no room service for food.

this is worst hotel, the rooms are very stinky, the are so many small cockroaches in room and mosquito also, please don't go that hotel.

Well rooms are very small and they dont provide any toiletrys , no tea coffie also in room , IN NAME OF BREAKFAST THEY JUST PROVIDE US idli and tea and we paid 400 extra for breakfast just the plus point is its just to apollo heart
