It was a pleasant stay at Anies Garden Homestay. The room and washroom were clean. There was a common kitchen which we used whenever needed. Location was also good. The staff was very helpful. Overall a homely environment away from home.

Very good Room, Good Mattress, well maintained, neat and clean bathroom, iron box and table provided, breakfast is available on request, friendly house owner. Only one bath towel and soap is provided for two guests. No dental kit provided.

I was sceptical about booking this property by reading the reviews. I was thinking how come this much positive reviews. But in my experience, i felt these reviews were right. Feels like new property. Clean room, good amenities and services, great customer care by the owner Daniel chettan, staff Chottu and others. Felt like I reached at a close relative's home. It was comfortable stay at Anies Garden and I will stay here next time when i visit Trivandrum.

A very good property for stay with good host they provide neat and clean spacious rooms also a beautiful garden well managed by sir(owner). Very humble ppl they also drop us to railway station as no auto and cabs are available at early 5a.m.

Stayed for one night. Sparkling Clean, spacious naturally smelled room. Comfortable, large double bed. Bathroom was clean and spacious with all accessories working fine. Wifi speed was excellent. Seaprate dinning areas available, filtered drinking water is available and can be refilled as needed. Staff was attentive and courteous.
