General Manager is very helpfull person and take care of their guest If next time we visit to salasar we stay in Anjani Dham Haveli ( only by reason of GM OF HOTEL )

Hotel staff shifted room for second night on pretext of overbooking despite of booking being confirmed by you. Initially they didn't even agree for 2nd night booking which created lot of hassle to elderly couple
